| How much does a wedding website cost and for how long does the website remain active? |
There are two types of wedding website, the wedding website package and the wedding website plus package.
The wedding website package is €300 and the wedding website plus package is €380.
Both packages come with 12 months hosting. After that time you will be offered the option to renew your domain name and renew your hosting should you wish to keep the website live.

| Is the domain name included in the price? |
Yes, any .COM or .NET domain name is included in the package.

| What if I want a .IE domain name? |
.IE domain names are not included in the package prices. Unfortunately the higher prices of the IEDR (Irish Domain Registry) prohibits the inclusion of these in the package. However these can be purchased as an additional extra at a cost of 65.00 euro on top of the package price.

| How long does it take to create my website? |
The average time is about 2 - 5 working days from receipt of information and images. Should you need it any sooner and we will try our best to help you depending on our schedule.

| How will I know when my site is ready? |
We send out an email to you when your website is ready to be proof read. Then you can inform friends and family of the website address when you are ready.

| I don't have all the information to pass on for the website? |
We understand that organising a wedding is hard work and some things take longer to confirm than others. It is possible to put coming soon on an area of the page content is due which can be added at a later date. However we do prefer to complete websites before launching them as it is much more beneficial to your guests.

| I have ordered and paid for my website but have changed my mind to use another template? Can I change template? |
Yes, you can only as long as work has not commenced on the ordered template.

| I have ordered and paid for my website but have changed my mind to which package I wanted? Can I change package? |
Yes, you may change from a standard package to a plus but not the other way around. We will email you a pay pal link with the extra charge for the improved package.
