You website address is the one we chose at the beginning when we emailed you confirmation.
This is usually www.yournameandyourname.com. This is confirmed by us once agreed with you by email.
How do I tell people about my website?
Usually this is communicated inside the invitations. "You can RSVP and find all the details to our wedding at our website www.yournameandyourname.com"
Do I need to do anything when it is complete?
No. Once the website is up it will run perfectly. The website is thoroughly tested to make sure all links and RSVP works. Test RSVP replies are sent by us to you so you know that the website is functioning correctly.
Where do my RSVP go to?
These will be sent to either a nominated email address by yourself (your work email) or to a specific account created by us.
Should I use an existing email?
This is entirely up to you. Whichever you feel most comfortable with.
Can I have a specific email?
Yes, we provide the functionality to create you a specific email account RSVP@yournameandyourname.com
How do I set up an email account?
To create an email account using an email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express is very easy. You just need to follow a few steps. We will email you a PDF document with simple instructions to achieve this. Should you still have a problem telephone us and we will talk you through this on the phone. It's quite simple and only takes a few minutes to set up.
How do I know when an RSVP has been received?
This will be sent straight to the specified email account as soon as it has been entered and submitted through your wedding website.
We send you a test RSVP reply to check functionality.
